Maple Chia Oatcakes

**this is the full recipe for tiny lab, so please halve it if you’re nervous!

2.5 c. Organic All Purpose Flour

1.5 c. Old Fashioned Oats

1/2 c. Chia or Flax Seeds**

2 t Cinnamon

2 t Salt

1 c. Coconut Oil

½-1 c. Maple Syrup (depending on taste)

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix everything in a bowl, scoop 1T amounts on a greased pan and bake 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown on the bottom. Once cooled, keep in an airtight container for one week, or freeze cookies up to two months.

**you can easily sub in some raisins, dried cranberries, chocolate chips, coconut
